QuickBooks was preparing to launch in Mexico, and it needed an agile mexican team to help them communicate the benefits of the product and its user-friendliness to small business owners.
The Kinitros team launched a strategy to satisfy the communication needs by developing a suite of short videos in spanish, aimed at different types of end users.
As a result, Mexico is now one of the countries with the highest revenue per customer for Quickbooks, helping to sustain a 450% increase in subscribers year after year.
